International Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping cost is calculated based on the actual weight of your order.
Dispatch Timeline: Orders will be shipped out 15 working days after placement. The assigned courier will contact you via SMS or phone call using the mobile number you provided at checkout.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or text notification containing the tracking number. You may track your shipment via the platforms below:

Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive the shipping confirmation.
If you have not received your order within 7 days upon receiving the shipping confirmation email (for deliveries to Mainland China), or beyond the stated transit timeframe for international orders, please email us at info@leqisen.com together with your full name and order number.
