nternational Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping cost is calculated based on the actual weight of your order.
Dispatch Timeline: Orders will be shipped out 15 working days after placement. The assigned courier will contact you via SMS or phone call using the mobile number you provided at checkout.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or text notification containing the tracking number. You may track your shipment via the platforms below:
International deliveries (UPS; DHL Express): Visit UPS Tracking Page & DHL Tracking Page.
Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive the shipping confirmation.
If you have not received your order within 7 days upon receiving the shipping confirmation email (for deliveries to Mainland China), or beyond the stated transit timeframe for international orders, please email us at info@leqisen.com together with your full name and order number. We will assist you promptly.

30-Day Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return and exchange service. You may submit a return or exchange request within 30 days from the date you receive your goods.
To qualify for return or exchange:
The item must be unused and kept in brand-new original condition.
For custom products with significant production errors.
You are also required to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange request, please email us at info@leqisen.com. Once your application is approved, we will inform you of the return shipping method and receiving address.
⚠Important Notice: We reserve the right to refuse packages sent back without prior contact.
Important Note: All shipping costs incurred for returns and exchanges shall be borne by the buyer.
Damaged Goods & Order Issues
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If the goods are defective, damaged, or you receive incorrect items, contact us promptly and we will resolve the matter for you.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following goods or situations:
Custom Orders: All custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Where appropriate, minor modifications may be offered case by case subject to your requirements and modification feasibility. Please email us for details.
Improper Care / Man-Made Damage: Goods damaged due to incorrect washing, improper maintenance or improper handling.
Fabric Pilling:
Pilling caused by friction with saddle bags or race belts
Pilling resulting from contact with rough surfaces
Fabric Deterioration: Damage caused by prolonged exposure to high-concentration chlorine environments (e.g. swimming pools)
Normal Wear and Tear: Including fading, fabric thinning and other signs from regular use
Skin Irritation or Chafing: These shall not be regarded as product defects. We recommend using BodyGlide anti-chafing care products to relieve discomfort.
Missing Original Packaging or Tags: Returns without original packaging, tags or proof of purchase will not be processed.
Refund & Exchange Rules
After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the verification result.
Refunds: Once your refund application is approved, only the product amount will be refunded. The original delivery fee for your order is non-refundable. Funds will be returned to your original payment account. Please allow some time for banks or credit card issuers to process and post the refund.
Exchanges: Once your exchange application is approved, we will send you the shipping invoice for the replacement item. We will dispatch the replacement promptly after you settle the shipping fee.
