We will send you the return shipping method and receiving address once your request is approved.Unauthorized returned packages without prior confirmation will not be accepted. All return and exchange shipping fees are borne by the buyer.Please check your package upon delivery. We offer free solutions for defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items with timely contact.The following items and situations do not qualify for returns or exchanges:

1. Custom Orders: All custom products are final sale. Minor modifications may be available on a case-by-case basis.

2. Artificial Damage: Damage caused by incorrect washing, maintenance or improper manual handling.

3. Fabric Pilling: Pilling caused by friction with accessories, equipment or rough surfaces.

4. Fabric Deterioration: Damage from long-term exposure to high-concentration chlorine environments (e.g. swimming pools).

5. Normal Wear & Tear: Slight fading, fabric thinning and other wear from daily normal use.

6. Skin Discomfort: Skin irritation or chafing is not considered a product defect. Anti-chafing products are recommended for comfort.
